These 3-hour walks are led by Terry Mitcham, the bird recorder of Rutland Natural History Society, and a very experienced birdwatcher. He regularly runs bird identification courses and has written several books.
The cost is £10 per person or £5 per person with a Rutland Water Nature Reserve Permit
Meet at the Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre at 09.15am
The walks with Terry are very popular and you are advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment
Be sure to arrive for 9.15 am as you will need to arrange for your permit from the Birdwatching Centre and walk back to the car park. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear. Binoculars are essential – if you don’t have your own they can be hired from £5.00 per session.

To secure a place full payment must be provided
Cancellations must be made no later than 4 weeks before the start to obtain a refund.
If the event has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund made.
