Start your day the right way with our 3 x weekly 6am-6.45am for 4 weeks.
Open to all abilities, modifications and progressions are available throughout each workout.
Level: All Fitness Abilities, Not Suitable for Pregnant Women
Please ensure that you are fit and well before considering to attend class. Come dressed in clothing appropriate to exercise in, including suitable training shoes. Bring a water bottle.
Please ensure that you arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class. Parking outside of the hall is limited. Parking is available further into Amesbury in one of the public carparks.
