LTS F2F education will provide you with all of the movement, training and coaching skills needed to conduct successful personal training, small group training and group fitness classes. Fundamental movements, unique exercises, progressions & regressions and amazing programming will be covered. All LTS programming is based on the science of body weight training and functional movement and is approved by ACE, AFAA, CPTN and canfitpro.
