This 6 week, comprehensive movement programme is designed to help any woman who has core and/or pelvic floor issues. These could include:

This course is for anyone who has felt helpless, frustrated, afraid to exercise and disconnected from their body, to begin to reconnect and take control of their healing.

This is a whole-body approach to healing and movement, where you can learn to support, strengthen and heal your body from the inside out. Retraining your body to move the way it’s designed to, so you can live, move and even breathe better than ever before.
I can support you through every exercise as you identify movement blindspots to improve strength, mobility and function.
Between classes I’ll share homework videos so the good work can continue between sessions, and long after the course has ended. These videos won’t have an expiry date, so can be used as often as needed, for as long as needed.
There will also be a private WhatsApp group for each class where I will be available to answer questions, offer support and ensure everyone stays on track and accountable, to get the maximum benefit. We also help each other! Community is a powerful motivator.

Please bring a yoga mat with you if possible (I have some spares if needed - just let me know), a water bottle and dress comfortably.
There is a free car park at Snaith Train Station, which is a 5 minute walk from the clinic.
