We will take some time to journal on where we are and what we want to welcome in for Spring Equinox.💫
Working with breath, stretch and posture to rebalance and reset the nervous system will help us transition into the new season with clarity and calm.
This dynamic practice will activate the energetic body helping us to move with purpose and embody our intentions.
We will finish with a crystal bowl sound bath to take us into deep relaxation.
These classes are music led and end with a crystal bowl sound bath to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation.
Open to all levels - no experience necessary.
