• Introduction to manifestation, universal laws and understanding the power of subconscious reprogramming to attract your desires.

• Tapping session with affirmations & somatic movement

• Journalling prompts (Letting go of what no longer serves you & setting your intentions for 2025.)

• Guided visualisation, followed by a powerful manifestation activation technique to tap into your 2.0 self.

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)
