Fareham Positive Living Group - 'Gut Health' with Medical Herbalist, Wendy Budd

Sunday 13th July 2025 - 7-9pm

Our local oracle of natural healing, Wendy Budd, will be joining us to talk about gut health and the importance of good digestion.

She will be educating us about leaky gut syndrome and what causes it, how Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) impact our gut health, and how we can easily identify what a UPF is. She will also explain how sugars and grains can cause chronic health conditions and mental health issues, and how the over-use of antibiotics and pesticides can significantly impact our health, too.

Wendy will then go on to help us explore why we'd want to improve our gut health, and how we can best heal leaky gut syndrome through diet, supplements and herbs.

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)
