Join a welcoming, relaxed and supportive Hatha Yoga course. Over 5 consecutive weeks we will be exploring the basics of yoga, including asana (posture), pranayama (breath) and savasana (relaxation).
In this peaceful private studio, Luke hosts classes suitable for all experience, body type and fitness level. This is a ‘no expectations’ environment - you don’t need to be able to touch your toes, you don’t need to be a certain figure, and you don’t have to keep up with the rest of the class.

Luke’s ethos is one of inclusivity. Yoga should not be viewed as a gym class, but as a mind and body practice.
Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

Cancellation policy: This is a 5 week, pre-purchased course. All bookings are final and refunds are not permitted.
Instructions
Important: Upon your first booking, please let Luke know of any injuries, ailments, medical conditions or procedures, or current/recent pregnancies. Please also let Luke know of any changes to the above when making additional bookings.
All equipment is provided, you just need to arrive in comfortable, stretchy clothing.
