Take time to Relax & Recharge with Wellness Wednesday Sound Bath session.
Sound baths are powerful practices that promote inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. They guide you into a mediative state with healing sound waves that calm your body and mind.
Each session includes a sound bath using a selection of different instruments, with guided breathwork and meditation.
Classes are held in a peaceful, private studio in Fareham.
There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
