Reiki 1 Training with Luke & Karen - Full Weekend

Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th January 2026, 9:30am-5pm

Become attuned to Usui Reiki energy healing with reiki masters, Karen Baldwin and Luke Voulgarakis.

Over this weekend you will learn about reiki energy healing and its origin, receive your Reiki 1 attunements, and learn how to channel reiki energy using it for self-healing and with loved ones.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing where practitioners use their hands to channel universal life force energy (Rei-Ki) to promote healing and well-being. It's a complementary therapy believed to help with relaxation, stress reduction, and pain management. Reiki practitioners don't claim to cure illnesses but rather to support the body's natural healing processes. 

During this course you will also receive a Reiki manual to take home for reference.

There will also be tea and snacks throughout the two days. Please bring your own lunch.

Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)
