Meet Wesley – The Heart Behind Friendly Fungi Wesley is the founder of Friendly Fungi, a small but passionate medicinal mushroom company based on the Hampshire coast. From our growing sites in Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent, we grow organic mushrooms with a real love for what we do. In this workshop, Wesley shares his own journey into the world of medicinal mushrooms—how it all started, what he's learned along the way, and why these incredible fungi are worth knowing about. He’ll also guide you through some of the most popular mushrooms out there, their benefits, and how they can support your everyday wellbeing.

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

Cost: By donation (Free/£6/£12)

Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
