Depression: Healing beyond coping
"Join me, an Integrative Therapist and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, for a workshop on understanding and managing depression from a body-based perspective.
We'll explore depression's connection to the nervous system and its responses to trauma, stress, or overwhelm. Through guided exploration, you'll develop nervous system awareness, practice regulation techniques, and integrate trauma-informed positive psychology to rebuild hope, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
You'll gain practical tools to calm your system, reconnect with your body, and create inner safety and balance, fostering genuine healing beyond coping."

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)
