If you are, or know someone who isn't suffering from anxiety of some kind, CELEBRATE, you are one of the few!

She welcomes you to a collective get-together to strip back what anxiety really is and how to recover; yes, you can.

She will share how the subconscious works to protect us, but keeps us stuck. Learn how to manipulate your mind. She will share the 4 Pillars of a Happy Life, which are the foundation on which to build.

Denise is PASSIONATE, absolutely passionate about helping people to be happier. (Everyone can be).

Learn how to unstick yourself from that old mindset using thoughts, feelings, visualisation and beliefs. It's all energy, and you get to choose.

There is a science to Happiness, and you can learn it in a fun way. Come with an open mind and a desire to be happier in whatever area you choose.

Denise has been in business for 23 years, dealing with every imaginable kind of anxiety, trauma and low self-worth, to name but a few. She is qualified in Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Master NLP Coach, Anxiety Recovery Coach and is a Mindfulness Teacher.

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
