Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath Class with Luke

Join a relaxing class dedicated to finding a moment of calm and peace. Luke will guide you through a very gentle yoga practice. This will be a floor based practice similar to the warm-ups that Luke teaches in his regular classes. Following this, Luke will spend 30 minutes guiding you through a sound healing mediation practice using crystal singing bowls. This is a beautiful hour of mind, body and spirit connection.

Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

Cost: £12

Cancellation policy: All bookings are final and refunds are not permitted. If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, your booking may then be rolled over to another class (to be used within 7 days). Please contact LVLife@LukeVoulgarakis.com if you wish to discuss a cancellation.
