As the vibrant energy of summer gently fades, and the golden hues of autumn paint the landscape, it's time to turn inward and nurture the soul, preparing you for the change of the seasons. Join Lynsey and Leigh for 'Autumnal Embrace: Restore, Reconnect, Reflect,' a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Dalkeith Country Park's tranquil beauty.
After a season of outward expansion and vibrant activity, this retreat offers a sanctuary to draw your attention back to yourself, unwinding from summer's busyness into gentle rest. We'll guide you through practices designed to cultivate inner stillness to carry you through the shifting energies of autumn, ready for the quietude ahead.
What to Expect:
· Opening Womens Circle with Cacoa: Settle into the heart space with a comforting opening circle, inviting you to connect with your inner wisdom and your fellow yoginis.
