Baby Massage is a gentle and nurturing practice designed to foster a deep bond between parents and their infants, whilst promoting the baby’s overall well-being.
Utilising soft, rhythmic strokes; this technique helps to soothe and relax the baby, encouraging better sleep, improved digestion, and enhanced muscle development.
Incorporating elements such as:
Meditation, which can help parents center themselves and find calm amidst the demands of newborn parenting.
Singing (or you can leave that to Clare, our class leader!), which can soothe and engage babies, as well as lift mood; creating joyful interactive moments.
Sensory play, through the use of different textures, lighting and materials, stimulates a baby’s development and curiosity.
Finally, creating baby keepsakes that can serve as cherished mementos of these precious early days.
Small groups, with time to chat and connect with other new/new again mums.
Please bring a blanket and a towel for your baby.
A £0.50 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
