Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga class where breath guides us from posture to posture. The class builds from warm up to a creative sequence of postures which will then be repeated multiple times. The class is guaranteed to warm you up , develop your strength and mobility and give you an opportunity to connect with your breath.
The class will finish with a savasana - a beautiful moment of rest and integration.
Catherine’s Space is fully equipped with yoga mats and props for you to use. There isn’t a changing room but many individual spacious toilets where you can change. You can also purchase a hot or cold drink from the Catherine’s Space cafe.
