Rest within woodland vibes, practicing yoga, meditation, breathwork, relaxation as well as enjoying delicious food and cacao.
Autumn colours and shedding of leaves around us whilst we slow down and reflect on shedding our own layers. Letting go of anything no longer serving us ready for this new season. Refresh your body and mind as the gentle breeze carries away any negativity. Find clarity of mind and move your beautiful body easing out stress and pain.

Practice in the beautifully lit up roundhouse in the Forrest with a log burner nestled in the trees, wild flower fields, sounds of birds and sunlight 🌲
Begin with a delicious heart opening drink of Pure Cacao by the fire.
Enjoy calming Breathwork and Meditation listening to the sounds of the forest
Indulge in slow Flow Yoga finding balance, strength, stretching out the tension and finding peace within the breath and the nature around you.
Enjoy a delicious and nutritious Lunch catered by fabulous chefs.
Grounding and unwinding with Yin Yoga to release the fascia and ligaments.
An opportunity for self reflection and letting go fire ceremony.
Ending with Yogic sleep: Yoga Nidra. A dream state meditation with crystal sound healing, aromatherapy temple massage with essential oils (equivalent to 4 hours sleep!) leaving you floating home relaxes, refreshed, revitalized and at peace within yourself.
