Pilates and Lattes

A little something for the mams who want to move their body, enjoy a latte and not have to find childcare first.

Starting Wednesday 24th June, we’re running a 4 week block with Clare from Engage Pilates.

Dates:

Wednesday 24th June

Wednesday 1st July

Wednesday 8th July

Wednesday 15th July

Time: 9:15am - 10:45am

Cost: £100 for the 4 week block (only 10 spaces available!)

What’s included:

45-minute Pilates session

Play session included for one child *

One free latte, hot or iced

45 minutes after Pilates to chat, relax and meet other mams

A small, exclusive session with limited spaces

The kids can play, sit near you or join in... because mam life rarely comes with perfect timing.

Clare from Engage Pilates is a Pilates specialist, pre and postnatal qualified, with over 20 years of experience helping people move, feel stronger and build confidence.

One child included. If you’re bringing two or more children, additional children can be paid for on the door each session.

**Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event being so exclusive, we cannot offer any refunds if you’re unable to attend a session.
**Please remember your child is your responsibility when you’re in the play cafe. This session is designed to allow you to have the flexibility of being able to get up mid session and tend to your child if needed or let them join in with you on the mat.
