Ready to turn your world upside down?🤸♀️ Join us for a playful and supportive yoga inversion workshop where we’ll explore headstands, forearm balances, handstands, and other upside-down adventures in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.
Whether you’re a complete beginner curious about inversions or looking to build confidence in your practice, this workshop is all about having fun, learning proper technique, and discovering what your body can do. We’ll break everything down step by step, with plenty of modifications, partner support, wall work, and laughs along the way.
Expect a mix of strengthening, stretching, balance practice, and a healthy dose of encouragement. No pressure to nail a handstand ,just come with an open mind, a willingness to play, and a sense of curiosity.

Instructions
Wear lose and comfortable clothes to move in, bring a yoga mat if you have one and a bottle of water.
