I am eagerly anticipating the start of the "Mindfulness and Compassion" 6-week course, and I want to provide you with some crucial information to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

Participant Questionnaire:
In the coming days, you will receive a Participant Questionnaire. Your insights will be invaluable in tailoring the course content to your specific needs, ensuring a personalized and meaningful journey.

Course Workbook:
To complement our sessions, you'll also receive a digital copy of the course workbook. This resource will serve as a guide throughout the program, providing additional insights, exercises, and reflections to deepen your mindfulness and compassion practice.

Zoom Link Email:
Approximately 5 days before the course commences, you can expect an email containing the Zoom link for our virtual sessions. Please mark the start date on your calendar and keep an eye on your inbox for this essential information.

What to Prepare:
