Join Mari for this 2-hour evening mini retreats will provide a wee safe haven for women to escape, relax and recharge.
One evening, each month, we will cover a different menopause symptom group.
In June, we will discuss and explore Anxiety and Overwhelm and use calming breath work, mindful yoga poses and a snug, cosy Yoga Nidra relaxation to ease symptoms.
Lots of options given which makes the retreat accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.
There are mats, bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets available at the studio but please feel free to bring your own mat and/or equipment.
