Come and join us for a day to relax, rejuvenate and set our intentions for the year ahead.
We'll be practicing slow flow yoga to gently warm up the body, restorative yoga to benefit our flexibility and relax the mind, as well as yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to really benefit the mind, body and soul.
Lunch and refreshments are included, as well as cake, to reward us for working so hard throughout the day 😉
The day is suitable for beginners to intermediates, and whether you come on your own, or with others, you will receive a warm welcome.
What do I wear? whatever feels comfortable for you, and allows you to move freely. T-shirts/sweatshirts, joggers/leggings are perfect. An extra layer such as a jumper/hoodie is always useful. Traditionally we do yoga barefoot, but if you do wish to wear socks, please make sure they aren't slippy ones.
What do I bring? a yoga mat if you have one (I can loan you one if not), a blanket/towel, cushion/pillow, for getting nice and snuggly during relaxation.
