Details

FRIDAY 15th May 2026, 7pm

An evening of sound and silence. This is not a “gong bath” in the usual sense.
It is a composed, attentive field of sound — shaped in real time, held with care, and allowed to dissolve into stillness.

The work is grounded, physical, and quiet. Nothing is added for effect. Nothing is rushed. You will lie down, supported and warm, while a single continuous arc unfolds — from near-silence, through subtle movement, into deeper resonance, and back again.

There is no need to follow or understand anything. Only to listen, and to remain.

Instructions

What to expect

  • A 60–75 minute immersive sound session
  • Very low volume at the start, gradually building in depth
  • Periods of stillness between sounds
  • A calm, contained environment — small group, no excess

This is designed to settle the nervous system, not stimulate it.
