A weekly online Qigong practice to help you slow down, settle the nervous system, and return to a more grounded state.

The sessions are gentle, accessible, and unhurried, combining soft movement, breath, and stillness. There is nothing to achieve and no pressure to perform.

This is a space for simplicity, presence, and consistent practice.

Instructions

Please join a few minutes before the start time if you can.

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Have a small clear space to stand and move
  • You may also wish to have a chair nearby if needed
  • Please make sure your device is charged and your internet connection is stable

You are welcome to keep your camera on or off.

The class is gentle and suitable for all levels.
