Stopgap will be delivering a professional development session aimed at regional dance teachers, artists and facilitators, focusing on teaching and delivering dance to young people aged 11-20.
Stopgap will discuss what inclusivity means to them and how they bring it into their sessions. This will be followed by a sample class and a discussion about the methods and activities, and how inclusivity was supported.
We'd recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in - t-shirt and leggings/joggers are ideal - layers you can add or remove, bare feet or soft soled shoes, and bring water.
