HydraOne is an interval training session that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, strength, mental resilience and maximises calorie burn.
Combining the physical benefits of HIIT with the mental health benefits of the open water, HydraOne provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
The session uses a variety of body weight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning to increase your overall athletic performance.
With high intensity and low impact workouts, the fusion of land and water based elements ensures an inclusive and fun experience for all ages and abilities.
The outdoors is the new indoors! HydraOne’s hybrid style is exciting, sociable and is designed to shift you and your fitness to the next level.
What to bring and wear.
Training Gear. Shorts, Top (whatever you feel comfortable to work out in and don't mind getting wet.
Trainers/beach shoes (mandatory)
Towels and appropriate clothing for the time of year to change back into as you will want to be warm and comfy after the session.
Hot drink for after the session.
Drink and a snack to keep hydrated and those energy levels high.
There is plenty of free parking at the venue both at the beach, on side roads and a free car park within a 3 minute walk.
For those who wish there is the option of a little swim after.
NB. some elements of the session will be in the water however you will not be out of your depth and you head will remain dryish.
