MED Research Conference

Welcome to the booking site for attending synchronous sessions at the 12th Annual MED Research Conference, hosted by the Faculty of Education at VIU on March 4th, 2023.

This year's conference is being offered in a hybrid format. Most (but not all) sessions can be attended by both in-person and online attendees. If you are attending online, please only choose online tickets. If you are attending in-person, please only choose in-person tickets.

To attend the conference please choose the following:
1) one ticket to the opening keynote [Everyone attends the same keynote session, either in-person or online]
2) one Session A ticket [choose one of the 6 sessions by reading the titles and abstracts]
3) one Session B ticket [choose one of the 6 sessions by reading the titles and abstracts]
4) one Session C ticket. [choose the session that corresponds to your cohort/program]

Tickets must be booked by Monday, February 20th, 2023

All tickets are free!

Before the conference you will receive a schedule with the sessions you have chosen. If you are attending online, your schedule will be emailed and will contain the zoom links you need. If you are attending in person, you will receive your schedule with room locations when you arrive.
