EQUIPMENT - Please bring a blanket and cushion for comfort. Dress cosy and comfortably.
ARRIVAL- Doors open 6:50 PM. The sound bath will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Entrance will not be permitted after this time, as doors will be locked.
LOCATION - The studio is located above Shipley’s Amusements. Access is via the rear of the property. Look for a gate signposted ‘Pointe and Flow’, then take the metal staircase up to the studio.
PARKING - There is no parking directly outside the studio, but there are several nearby car parks for your convenience. Lode lane carpark and Waitrose are close by.
