Community Sunrise Event - Portmarnock Beach☀️🌊

Join us Saturday morning 16th of May on Portmarnock Beach to bask in the glorious sunshine we've been blessed with!! No better way to start the day than with like minded people moving our bodies as the sun rises, it’ll be magical🧘🏻‍♂️

⏰ Arrive for 5:10am at the car park (sun rises at 5:23am) then walk down to the beach we will be on the right hand side as you come off the boardwalk!

We will get started at 5:20AM so please arrive onto the beach for 5:20AM as the tide will be on it's way back out and we will rise with the sun!

🧘🏻‍♀️ What to bring:

• yoga mat
• blanket
• mug for tea
• stuff for a swim (optional)

🌀 What to expect:

• fun morning yoga flow (for all levels)
• guided meditation
• herbal tea, snacks, oracle cards + chats
• sea swim ONLY if you want to!

Park in Portmarnock Beach SOUTH CAR PARK - the OPPOSITE end to the shelters then walk up to the beach (5 min walk) please type “Portmarnock beach south car park” into google maps. If you park the opposite end you’ll have to walk 30 minutes!

This is open to everyone; he, she's, theys, gays, kids + doggos all are welcome💞

There are limited spaces so please only book in if you CAN attend - if you book in but then can’t join please let me know, thank you🙏🏻
