Join me monthly on Thursdays for an hour of Restorative Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation.
Nestle down into your blankets, pillows or bolsters, where I'll guide you to feel as comfortable and supported, so you can let go and rest.
The session will end with a sound meditation, where you will be bathed by the vibrations and sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and more.
The beauty of the session being later in the evening, means you can head straight home and to bed afterwards.
Restorative Yin and Restorative yoga is a much slower paced class with fewer postures (approx five to eight) that are held longer (around five to ten minutes each), utterly supported by lots of props. This allows time to journey inwards, focus and release into the poses using the breath. The practice aids relaxation, calms the mind and nervous system, helping you to restore and heal.
Mixed ability class, beginners welcome.
Do read the attendee instruction, so you can gather items to make yourself comfortable in the class.

1x bolsters / 2x bed pillows
A yoga belt / dressing gown belt / scarf.
Eye pillows/scarf.
Yoga mat and any other yoga equipment you like to practise with

Please arrive 5 mins before the class.
The hall can be a bit little tricky to find as it's slightly set back off of the road, behind some trees (set amongst bungalows and houses).
Coming from Cobham on Forest Road, heading towards East Horsley, the hall is on your right.
You will pass Mortiboy's Dental Spa on your left, once you reach a bus stop on your left, the hall is opposite, on your right.
If you reach the road on your right called The Drift (for The Drift Golf course) or the railway bridge, you have gone too far.
