Join Melé for two hours of Restorative Yin Yoga, Sound Massage, Healing and Meditation.
You’ll nestle into your yoga mat and blankets, where you'll be guided through a grounding somatic yoga sequence. This will help you to journey inwards, slowing down and syncing breath, body and mind - deepening your embodied connection.
We'll then shift into a Restorative yin yoga sequence and Sound Massage - Bring You Into a State of Healing. We'll use a combination of yoga props to support you in the poses while Melé places Tibetan Singing bowls on your body, providing a Sound Massage. The vibrations from these very special Full Moon Bowls can resonate and reverberate around your body and room to help enhance the flow of prana/chi, as well as release you deeper into the poses.
Both practices can soothe and restore your nervous system, clearing and healing.

If it’s your first time to the hall, it can be a bit little tricky to find as it's slightly set back off of the road, behind some trees (set amongst bungalows and houses).
Coming from Cobham on Forest Road, heading towards East Horsley, the hall is on your right.
You will pass Mortiboy's Dental Spa on your left, once you reach a bus stop on your left, the hall is opposite, on your right.
If you reach the road on your right called The Drift (for The Drift Golf course) or the railway bridge, you have gone too far.

Please arrive 5 mins before the class. But if it’s the first time coming to the hall, you might want to allow extra time to find the hall, as it can be a bit tricky to find. You can then wait in your car/ outside until 5 mins before the class begins to come in.
