Join Melé for two hours of RESTorative Yoga & Sound Healing.
You’ll be guided through a somatic yoga sequence, where our intention is attention. Attention to your mind body. Working deep into fatigued muscles and joints with gentle movement designed to nourish and aid us to become more embodied—led by how you feel in your body.
This practice will be followed by RESTorative Yoga and Sound Massage - Bring Your Body Into a State of Healing. In Restorative Yoga, the combination of supportive props: bolsters, blocks, blankets, sand bags and longer holds can help bring a sense of calm and comfort that triggers our body’s healing mechanisms.
The longer held poses will allow Melé to place Tibetan Singing bowls on your body, providing a Sound Massage. The vibrations from these very special Full Moon Bowls can resonate and reverberate around your body to help enhance the flow of prana/chi, as well as release you deeper into the RESTorative poses.
Both practices can heal, soothe and restore an overtaxed nervous system and help you step more fully back into your life knowing the body has truly rested.
