100 minute Yin Yang Workshop Friday 19th November and Friday 10th December
at Little Bookham Village Hall
Warm and energise at this extra long Yin Yang Yoga workshop, that will help to build muscle strength, flexibility and improve your energy fluidity. I encourage you to feel and sense into the subtleties of each movement with breath, so you can start to sense the practise, from the inside out.
Mixed ability class, beginners welcome.
£50 for the two or £28 each
