Nourish yourself with a half day retreat combining yoga, meditation and sound therapy.
This is a fundraising event with 100% proceeds going to Advaita Vedanta Scotland to support the ongoing availability of this teaching in Edinburgh.

Yoga with Natalia Duncan:

This asana Yoga workshop will aim to balance the body and mind. Dynamic asana practice. Cleanse and calm with breathing exercises to incorporate into your day to help bring more clarity and focus to the mind. Deep relaxation at the end of the class. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Meditation with Marie O'Neill:

A guided meditation to help you let go of worries and connect with the inner stillness that is your true nature.

Sound Bath with Melissa Bradd:

Relax, Reset and Rejuvenate with a blend of sounds from therapeutic instruments for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath.

About the practitioners hosting the event:
Natalia is a yoga teacher and holistic massage therapist. She qualified with the Massage Training Institute in 2012 and Yoga Scotland (500hours teacher training) in 2022. She is passionate about the holistic approach to wellness and offers her services at Prime Sports Physio Clinic in Balerno, Edinburgh. Natalia offers a wide range of body work and teaches weekly Hatha yoga classes. She loves plants and being outdoors, which inspires and guides her work.

Marie is a psychotherapist and interfaith minister with over 20 years experience of working in the fields of mental health and emotional wellness as well as personal and spiritual development. Her unique approach is rooted in extensive training, as well as her personal and professional experience of therapy, meditation and inner practice. Using a holistic perspective, she draws on a wealth of sources from modern psychotherapy and neuroscience to ancient wisdom and modern spiritual practices.

Melissa from Take 5 Sound is a mobile Creative Sound Practitioner. She blends in her experience of working in the social care sector for over 20 years alongside her music skills. She trained as a sound therapist, developed in composition, community music and research into how music can help someone overcome a traumatic event; BMus (HONS) and is currently studying an MA in Music and the Environment with the UHI. She is particularly interested in acoustic resonance and connecting people to inner stillness with nature and sound.
