Join Mel and Dave for their fifth year at Poulstone Court for a fun and relaxing weekend retreat in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, exploring the complimentary aspects of yin and yang yoga.

Energise and strengthen your body and mind with the Yang — a dynamic practice suitable for all levels of experience.

Still the mind and find serenity and calm with the Yin — enjoy the introspective quiet practice of Yin Yoga.

Included in the price:

• 2 Yoga Classes per day
  
• Dive Deeper Workshops- Yoga Philosophy, History and Meditation
• Q&A Sessions to answer all of your yoga questions!
• A scenic walk along the River Wye, with the opportunity for a dip in the river for those who wish!
• Massage sessions (at an additional cost)
• Food- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are provided and all delicious! All food is vegetarian, and special dietary requirements can be catered for if notified in advance.

You will receive a full itinerary before the retreat.

Poulstone Court is a charming Victorian country house in peaceful surroundings of the Wye Valley. The house is rustic in nature, but extremely warm and welcoming and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside.

Private & Shared rooms available. All have shared bathrooms.

£200 deposit required to secure your space. This is non refundable.

The final balance is due 30 days before the start of your retreat. You will receive a payment reminder via email.

T&C'S:

You will receive a full refund including your deposit if the venue is not able to receive
guests or if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason (including a lock down due to Covid-19).

However if you decide to cancel your space on the retreat for any reason, the below cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy:

a. The deposit is non-refundable. (Unless you can find someone to take your place).
b. Once the final balance is paid (1 month before the retreat, there is a 100% cancellation fee, unless you can find someone to take your place).
