A prenatal yoga class designed to empower pregnant women. Postures and poses will help to alleviate discomfort and offer renewed energy. The class is also a great opportunity to meet other local pregnant women. All classes end with a period of guided relaxation.
Suitable for second and third trimesters, please ensure health screen is filled out prior to attending

Please bring a blanket.
You are welcome to bring your pregnancy pillow for use during the guided relaxation. I also recommend an eye mask (or spare item of clothing etc) to cover the eyes during guided relaxation.
