Come and join me in this beautiful and cosy session in the Yurt at Tyn Cellar Farm for some relaxation of body and mind
The class will consist of 20 mins guided meditation for a full body and mind relaxation followed 35 mins of Sound Healing. Sound Healing involves a mixture of modern and ancient instruments to create a relaxing atmosphere. The frequencies are designed to rebalanced your chakras, clear blockages in your energies and allows the body to fully relax into a healing state.
Recently, I’ve had a growing number of last-minute cancellations, which makes it harder to keep the Yurt Sessions sustainable.
My goal is to keep these sessions as affordable and accessible as possible, and securing bookings in advance helps make that possible.
If you do need to cancel close to the session date and I’m able to refill your space, I’ll be happy to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding and support! 😊🙏

Please bring a yoga mat (I have a few spares if you need one, pillow, blanket, eye mask and water. Please arrive 10 mins before if you can to get settled.
