We’ll begin with 20 minutes of guided breathwork to calm the mind, release tension, and gently regulate the nervous system. Through simple yet powerful breathing techniques, you’ll learn to guide your breath with intention—clearing stagnant energy, deepening relaxation, and opening pathways to greater self-awareness and inner stillness.
From there, you’ll be immersed in 35 minutes of sound and frequency healing, where a blend of modern and ancient instruments creates a deeply restorative atmosphere. The therapeutic vibrations are designed to rebalance the chakras, dissolve energetic blockages, and invite the body into a natural state of harmony, renewal, and profound relaxation.
