Whether you call this a privacy statement, notice or policy, it’s a fundamental document in your GDPR compliance. It should accurately reflect how you process data and it should be readily available.
During this session we will build on everything we covered in the previous workshop GDPR for Small Businesses and Mandy will go through the theory behind the various sections of a privacy notice and help delegates to compile a privacy notice for their business.
This is a hands on workshop and by the end of the day delegates will have a Privacy Statement which can be used and amended as their business grows and develops.
This workshop is brought to you in collaboration with Horsham District Council as part of the Business Training Programme 2026.
It is exclusively for businesses within the Horsham District.

There is plenty of free parking on site. We will be in the Meeting Room on the first floor which is accessible via the stairs or the lift. Refreshments are available on the ground floor in the cafe area.
