Even if you are an experienced home cook, taking a Knife Skills class will totally change your experience in the kitchen. In this hands-on class, you'll build significant knife confidence through detailed instruction and lots of practice veggies. The goal is to build a foundation of knife efficiency, including proper grip, everyday use and professional techniques such as the mince dice, brunoise, and julienne. The class supply fee includes a professional knife steel that will assist in keeping you knives sharp and maintained.
