We will cover the biological lifecycle of the plant, the growing cycle for our local climate, fertility and soil amendments, watering needs, mulching, how and when to plant and harvest, and how to cure and save seed garlic. We will talk about garlic varieties and how to choose wisely to get the best results, and discuss some of the common pitfalls that can affect your harvest.
