Details

Beef bourguignon is a tradition French stew made with beef, red wine, and vegetables. The dish is slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in tender, succulent meat and a rich, flavorful and hearty sauce. Famed as a national treasury dish in France, Beef Bourguignon is one of many examples of a peasant creation being slowly refined into haute cuisine.
