Join Claire for a Free “Movement is Medicine” Session – August 18th at 11:00 AM

Discover the power of rhythm and movement in this uplifting, neuroscience-backed session designed to help you reconnect with your natural flow. Movement is Medicine (MIM) is a unique method that uses music, mindful movement, and simple techniques to reduce stress, restore balance, and boost your energy.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. MIM offers a joyful, accessible way to reset—no experience needed, no choreography, and absolutely no judgment. Just come as you are.

🌀 What to Expect:

Part One (Seated): Use your hands to tap, massage, and awaken your body’s natural rhythm, bringing calm and clarity.
Part Two (Movement): Shake, bounce, and dance freely to energizing music. There are no steps to follow—just move in a way that feels good to you.
Whether you’re swaying gently or dancing with full expression, you’ll leave feeling confident, grounded, and uplifted.

✨ Perfect for all ages and abilities—including children! MIM supports emotional regulation, nervous system reset, and physical well-being in a fun, inclusive environment.

This class is completely free because everyone deserves to experience the healing power of music and movement.
