Details

This 5-week course introduces the foundations of yoga in a supportive and accessible way, perfect for complete beginners. Each week builds gently on the last, covering breath awareness, simple postures, and mindful movement to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Students will learn proper alignment, safe modifications, and relaxation techniques, while cultivating calmness and body awareness. By the end of the course, participants will feel more confident practicing yoga and equipped with a toolkit of poses and breathing practices to continue at home or in group classes.

Equipment is provided. Please make your class teacher aware of any injuries or health issues.
