If you are currently pregnant or have recently given birth, please get in touch before attending a class. This allows us to carry out a short screening to ensure the practice is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs during this important time.
All equipment is provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own mat or props if you prefer.
Shoes should be removed upon entering the studio. Classes are practiced barefoot or with yoga socks. Bags, coats and shoes will need to placed on hooks at the back of the studio.
To help maintain a peaceful, distraction-free environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off or set to silent. We understand that you may need to be reachable in an emergency, but we aim to keep the space as calm and technology-free as possible.
