Join me (Yvonne from MindStill) on the 4th of February for a Winter workshop designed to de stress the mind and body.
This event will include yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and cacao. I will also guide you through NLP ( neuro linguistic programming) techniques with the aim of creating your own personal sanctuary to help bring a sense of calm and safety during this time of the year where fear and anxiety can be heightened.
Please bring along some water. All other equipment will be provided. You can bring your own mat, blanket etc if preferred
