Stage 2 - Story Massage, Stretch and Play - Sherburn ✨

I'm so excited to now be bringing my much requested, fun and engaging class - Story Massage, Stretch and Play, to Sherburn in Elmet! ✨

This is the perfect follow on course from my Stage 1, beginners baby massage course.
Each week will have a different theme and during the course you and your baby will enjoy a mix of:
✨ Baby yoga
✨ Stretches, balances & gentle movements
✨ Baby Reflexology routines
✨ Story massage
✨ Fun tummy time positions
✨ Sensory play
✨ Songs & dancing together

The story and song massages are a perfect way to bring in massage at home with older siblings too. You'll receive PDF copies of all the song and story routines to support you when recreating the fun at home!

This class is suitable for babies aged 8 weeks old to pre crawling.

I provide everything you need for taking part, all I ask you to bring is a blanket for your baby to lie on.

Like all my classes, these sessions are completely baby led. If your baby needs to be changed, cuddled or fed in the session then please go ahead. Babies lead the way & I always encourage you to follow their cues ❤️

These classes are divided into two parts - the first part is for the structured activities together, and the second part is for play, socialising and cake 🍰☕!
I provide refreshments and yummy cakes for you to enjoy, whilst being able to socialise with the other parents there and your baby has the chance to enjoy the themed sensory toys ✨

Time: 12:30pm - 1:45pm

Held at the lovely Old Girls School in Sherburn in Elmet.
