You are invited to 4 baby massage sessions starting on Thursday 24th April 2025 in Stonehaven. Babies aged from newborn - pre- crawling are all welcome.
You will be introduced to the wonderful world of Moo Music while you learn techniques that not only help you to bond with your baby but can help relieve symptoms of colic and constipation and support deeper sleep.
Week 1 - Legs and Feet
Week 2 - Tummy
Week 3 - Arms, Chest, Face, Back
Week 4 - Head to toe review
Bring with you -
2 towels (or 1 towel and a blanket)
A massage oil of your choice (grape seed, coconut, sunflower oil, etc)
The class will involves a 15 minute meet and greet with 30 minutes of baby massage.
