Join Mourne Magic at Mourne Yoga to set intentions for your year ahead, clearing and raising your energy with a chanting practice and allowing a full nervous system reset with the crystal bowls and drum. New Years resolutions can be hard to stick to. Any time is a good time to start something new and prioritise your wellbeing. We are gathering on Friday 17th, midway through Jan to support your journey into 2025 with healing and rest. We look forward to welcoming you there.
Instructions
Please bring an extra blanket as you want to be super cosy for the sound journey and our core temperature can drop as we enter deep stages of meditation. An eye mask is also recommended for your comfort. Please also bring water. Herbal tea will be available.
Contraindications include first 12 weeks of pregnancy, pace maker wearers and sound induced epilepsy. If you have any questions please do reach out via Instagram and we can discuss.
